raw food diet :

i've decided to make a huge change to my diet. no meat, no processed foods, only organic, and RAW. just today i figured, why not go all out while i'm at it! a raw food diet would fit in perfectly. the two meals i prepared today was a corn, avocado, tomato, and black bean taco. along with a red onion, brocolli, and green bell pepper salad. ever since i stopped eating processed foods and meat, which has only been half a week or so now, i've been digesting more regularly and have been more energetic. this change is going to test me, and i won't lie, i think it'll be difficult for someone who was raised off of crap food her whole life. wish me luck!
