what you'll need:
- honey
- milk
- finely ground old-fashioned oats
why oatmeal/old-fashioned oats?
- great for sensitive skin
- reduces redness
- moisturizes
- exfoliates
grind your oats in your coffee grinder until they're almost a fine powder. empty into a bowl. add a tiny bit of milk, and a generous amount of honey. mix. if the scrub/mask is not at the consistency you'd like at this point, add more oats or milk. apply to clean and steamed face. leave on for 15 minutes. rinse off with cool water to close pores.
