garlic cheese bread with olives

today i woke up more sick then ever, sweating and in pain... however, after a nice hot shower my throat cleared and i decided to treat myself to a comfort food - garlic cheese bread with olives. i personally love olives, i think they go great on salads, and now i know they're even better on cheesy bread.

ingredients:
1 loaf french bread (sliced in two)
2 green onions
6 ounces black olives
6 ounces pimiento stuffed green olives
6 clove garlic, minced
3 tablespoons (or so) olive oil
1 stick butter, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
16 oz. monterey jack cheese, shredded

i firstly prepared my garlic/olive oil mix. mince garlic and stir into olive oil:
set aside and begin to roughly chop up the black and green olives, as well as green onions:
put the olives, green onion, mayo, and butter into a large bowl for mixing:
add cheese, and mix well:
now, you're going to use the olive oil/garlic mixture you set aside to brush onto the french bread:
and then top it off with your olive/cheese mixture:
mmmmm, without even being cooked it looks tasty!

place your finished french bread on a cookie sheet and bake on 325 for 30 minutes.

delicious and easy!

enjoy!
