hello day number 3. i kicked you butt, oh yes i did! it started out pretty rough... random outbursts, coughing up tar, binge eating, etc... but it's over now. i couldn't be in a better mood. i just got back from the nail salon and cooked dinner for the family. i'll be staying in tonight and watching a movie. it sure does feel good to be a hermit.
