5 small portions a day

today i decided to make a more stable plan for my eating. instead of eating three large meals a day, i am going to eat five small ones. breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, and dinner. this morning i did an hour of cardio after had eaten my breakfast (peanut butter toast and a raw banana)

cinnamon apple toast with pecans (snack)

turkey wrap on whole wheat tortilla (lunch)

banana yogurt parfait with strawberries (snack)

salmon whole wheat pasta with red peppers (dinner)
